BARE will take you on a journey through the streets, the rooftops, the mood and the life of Manhattan. Kings of Appletown A modern day coming of age adventure, "Kings of Appletown" stars Dylan and Cole as Will and Clayton, two young cousins growing up in a tranquil, idyllic town nestled among rolling hills, gorgeous riverbanks, and tall trees. The story is a modern day adaptation of the "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer" by Mark Twain. "It's about two boys on the precipice of adulthood," says producer Joseph Reilly. "If they go forward they can never go back; if they stay they can never go forward." Filmed in New Braunfels, TX, the film is masterfully directed by Bobby Moresco ("Crash," "Million Dollar Baby") and beautifully sets, locations and costumes, headed up by Production Designer Rando Schmook ("X-Men", "My Cousin Vinny"). "The Kings of Appletown" is an adventure thriller for the whole family that promises to have audiences holding their breath from the beginning to end.
